Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! Unless your in the states cause then it is colunbus day here instead. i still have to wait a month for a turkey dinner.

okay so this is my 12th day here and i think i'm catching on to things. i've met most of our investigators and am learning the area a lot better. i'm thankful i get to drive it helps when trying to learn the place. Elder Doane has been in this area for 3 moths so he's pretty convinced that he's going to get transferred and i'm going to be Senior Companion in this area. we'll see though i'd deffinitely like to stay here. there are many people to teach and lots of really awesome members who go on exchanges with us.

this week has been lots of fun and really productive. we taught a lot of lessons and even tracked. we got a couple new investigators from it. we get so many refferals to it's stellar cause there is always someone to teach.

the weather got pretty intense here this last week. we don't get to watch the news but we heard about tornados in the area! i'm not sure if this is true but the wind was definitely blowing. lots of missing trampolines and blown down trees and what not. it made me think of Alisons mission when she had to hang out in the tub till the storm past.

Elder Doane and I usually write emails at the library but it was closed for clolumbus day. we drove out to the family history center to write them there and on the way we got pulled over by a state trooper. he walks up asked to see my license looks at it waits then askes if we have a dinner appointment on wednesday. apparently his house is having us over on wednesday and he just wanted to mess with us. ugh he freaked us out! it was pretty funny though

this mission is awesome i'm loving the scriptures more and more each day. i really look forward to studying them each morning and being on a mission is so much fun. i hope everyone is reading there scriptures everyday cause it's really important. this transfer i get to go to the temple in manti to! i'm really excited for that cause i know it's your favorite one dad.

i love it here and the missionaries here are defintely well taken care of and it's really appreciated cause there is so much to do. lots of lessons to teach and people to find

i love you guys the church is true!!!
